You don’t need to choose a system before asking us to visit. The appointment gives us a chance to look at your water, hear what has been bothering you, and explain the options.

First, we confirm your visit

Call or email your preferred day and time. We’ll confirm your address is in our Arkansas service area and arrange the appointment with you. Sending a request does not reserve a time.

Free in-home tests are for homeowners. If you rent, we can follow up about countertop or standing RO options instead.

Allow 60–90 minutes

The visit can go longer depending on what we find and the options you want to discuss. Pick a time when you won’t be rushed, and plan for everyone involved in choosing a system to be there.

If you need to change the appointment, call (870) 705-9055 or reply to your appointment follow-up so we can arrange another time.

We talk about your concerns and check the water

Show us what you’ve noticed, whether that’s buildup, soap film, taste, or something else. Tell us whether you use city or well water and whether there’s already treatment in the home.

Our in-home testing covers chlorine/chloramine, iron, pH, sulfur, a PPM reading, hardness, and water performance. We’ll explain the results and what they mean for the treatment being discussed.

The visit does not check for every contaminant, establish that water is safe to drink, or replace laboratory testing. Some concerns need further testing before we can make a recommendation.

Then we explain the options

If there’s something you’d like to improve, we’ll discuss systems we sell and install, what each one is intended to do, and the care it needs. You can ask questions or keep what you already have. The test is free, and you don’t have to buy a system.

Bring up any space restrictions or questions about installation during the conversation. We want you to understand the proposed setup before making a decision.
